1. Management of personal information.

In France, personal information is protected by law No. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law No. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

When using the , website, the following information may be collected: URL of the links through which the user has accessed the, website, the user's web access provider, the user's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, Web Dragon LTD only collects personal information relating to the user for the need of certain services offered on the website. In compliance with the provisions of articles 38 et seq. of law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties, any user has a right of access, rectification and opposition to the personal data concerning them, by making a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of their identity document bearing the holder's signature, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.

No personal information of the user of the shall be published, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold on any medium to third parties without the user's knowledge. Only the event of the purchase of Web Dragon LTD and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to the potential buyer, who shall in turn be held to the same obligation of conservation and modification of data with respect to the user of the website.

The databases are protected by the provisions of law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.

2. Hypertext links and cookies.

The website includes a certain number of hyperlinks to other websites, with the authorisation of Web Dragon LTD. However, Web Dragon LTD cannot verify the content of the websites thus visited, and consequently shall not assume any liability for this fact.

Browsing the website may result in the installation of cookies on the user's device. A cookie is a small file that does not enable the identification of the user but which records website browsing information. The data obtained in this way aims to facilitate later browsing on the website and also enables various visitor traffic measurements.

With Safari: Click the menu icon (symbolised by a cog) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Display advanced settings. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section. You can block cookies in the "Cookies" section.

With Chrome: Click the menu icon (symbolised by three horizontal lines) at the top right of the browser. Select Settings. Click Display advanced settings. Click preferences in the "Privacy" section. You can block cookies in the "Privacy" tab.

3. Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction.

Any dispute related to the use of the website is subject to French law. Exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the competent courts in Paris.
